Spring Pinot Party with Campbell Lane Winery

Let’s celebrate Spring!!
Join us for a four course wine pairing dinner with Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir vintages from Campbell Lane Winery. Check out our Menu and the beautiful wines we will be serving along side each course. Each course will be served with a 2 oz. pour of wine.


First Course:
Caramelized apple and onion galette, herbed red sorrel salad
Paired with the 2014 Pinot Gris ABV 13.1%, RS: 4.5g/l
>>This wine has a lot of pear and white flower aromas on the nose. Fresh on the front palate and finishes fresh and long.
Second Course:
Asparagus crepes, ricotta cheese, preserved meyer lemon, pink peppercorn melon gastrique
Paired with the 2015 Pinot Gris ABV 13.1% RS: 8.5 g/l
>> Opens with aromatics of lemon zest, stone fruits, and honey. The palate shows great length and a creamy texture filled with notes of sweet pineapple and exotic spices.
Third Course:
Porchetta, siberian kale, mushroom risotto
Paired with the 2015 Pinot Noir ABV 13.8%
>>Pommard and 777 Clones aged 9n months in medium toast french oak. Spicy from nose to finish with very long and soft tannins.
Fourth Course:
Flourless Chocolate Cake
Paired with 2016 Pinot Noir ABV 14.1%
>>Aromas of red plums, sweet earth, vanilla, and subtle cedar notes, this wine presents layers of spice intertwined with ripe strawberries and plums, silky tannins, and a hint of semi-sweet cocoa.
